In the fall of 2008 Alternative Power Solutions was contracted to install a solar hot water heating system, just in time before winter. Following the success fo that system the Hansen family wanted to incorporate solar PV as an additional system. The addition of this new PV system would cut the Hansen's electric bill by 96%.

For this installation we specified, 20-Kyocera 210 modules combined with a Fronius IG4000 inverter and Unirac roof mounting system.
